Well the Japanese pronunciation is really a combo of Holo and Horo. So if you sought after to pronounce it correctly….
the reason that happens is that funimation only owns the rights to distribute this stuff in North America. so, unless they buy the rights to do it in your country, then they aren’t allowed to show it there.

It’d be awe-inspiring to see more FUNimation animes on Canadian tv :], you see I’m from Ontario [im in the next city to the left of Toronto] and the closest business we had to anime on tv was on YTV and now they took it off and they air only 2 animes that are constantly re-runned at 12 MIDNIGHT T.T :] I’m pleased that you guys are vacant to keep trying to get it on tv in Canada

I just started watch your shows the other day only to find out that you blocked my country. Why is this???!!!! I never saw any of these Anima before and was really pleased to see them all cause I can’t get anime here in the Bahamas. Can you please un block my country please, with lots of girly sugar on top!!!

They don’t have whatever business against UK fans. They just don’t have broadcasting rights over there yet, so they legally can’t open their site to European users. They’re working on it, though.

My Japanese teacher said the exactly opposite.We’ve just learned hiragana and while learning “ra ri ru re ro” she said that Japanese people have problem saying “r” and that they pronounce it like “la li lu le lo” .__.
